As an editor, I’ve worked at Hachette (Little, Brown and Hodder & Stoughton imprints) and Atlantic, and have freelanced for Penguin, Indie Novella and 404 Ink.

When I’m not editing, I’m writing, and my work has been published in literary magazines including Ambit, Berfrois, 3a.m. magazine, Poor Lass Zine and Porridge Magazine. I won the Hertford Flash Fiction Prize in 2015, judged by author Joanna Walsh.

In collaboration with artist, researcher, and writer Freya Johnson Ross, I co-created SOLO FRUTAS — a Spanish-English chapbook of fiction and art celebrating creators in Mexico City, launching April 2025.

I have a B.A. in English Language and Literature from Oxford University, where I was an awardee of the Moritz-Heyman Scholarship. I’m an alumna of the Fresh Chapters Traineeship.
